   Fred’s career in photography began by integrating his images into fine art printmaking, using classic serigraphic and lithographic processes, one print at a time. He also used custom-made, hand-applied silver nitrate photo emulsions on cotton fiber fine art printing papers from large format, full-size contact film negatives — all prints being crafted in limited editions. Over the years he has exhibited his work in a number of galleries in California and Hawaii and has received a variety of awards as well.

   Presented in this website are collections of a diverse variety of images available for both editorial and commercial use, with many images also available in limited edition fine art editions. Additionally, Fred has developed an extensive library of more than 5,000 stock images in both film and digital platforms, capturing numerous intriguing corners of the Continental USA and the Hawaiian Islands; Mexico and Latin America; and Europe.
